About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My experience was a good one. I was not well and I felt the lady who was speaking to me treated me with dignity and patience.

Her recommendations were for my benefit and I very much appreciated it.

The service has definitely improved. Well done.
