About: Glenfield Hospital

The hospital really do their very best to keep things really clean and is an excellent unit to be in if in need of hospitalisation. What really surprises me is the fact that there are hand washing facilities on the way into the entrance and visitors walk straight past ! Do they not understand that they are taking infection into the hospital and that however hard the staff try to keep things in a clean condition, if visitors don't do the same then problems will occur.

Your feedback is much appreciated and has been passed on to the team on the unit. As you've noticed, we actively encourage all visitors to our wards to practice hand hygiene and have hand washing facilities at the entrances.
