"No compassion or help whatsoever"

I am incredibly angry that my mother has had to wait for over 8 weeks now since her surgery was cancelled. She is in desperate need of surgery for her pacemaker is failing, she has called them every two days for a new appointment - but according to the hospital there are no beds still, I am afraid her health is declining fast because of their continued incompetence of finding her a bed.
