"Extremely poor, lead to PSTD, complaints ignored."

About: King's Mill Hospital

I had a termination of pregnancy, against my will before you judge me, which has lead to me suffering with post traumatic stress disorder for the past 5 months, and depression/suicidal thoughts. My complaints have been entirely ignored and one staff member who was dealing with me was very rude, her exact words were "now you have seen your dead baby you wont be tempted to try it again will you" before storming off. whenever I pressed the buzzer it would take at least 30 minutes for someone to attend the room, or my partner would have to go and find a nurse, sometimes being locked out of the ward and told "it wasnt their department" to be letting him back in. I was put in a room with a broken door, (the door would not close,) and staff such as cleaners/janitors were walking in thinking no one was in there, all day. when I complained to the complaints department the reply I recieved 40 days later stated "it couldnt have been any of the nurses caring for you you must have imagined it because all our staff our highly professional and lovely," also that the door couldnt have been broken because no one mentioned it on the notes. disgusting. all i wanted was a apology from the nurse so I could put it out of my head.
