"Better second time round"

I gave birth to my first child in 2009 and had a very traumatic experience. However, upon giving birth to my daughter in 2012 the hospital seemed to have made a complete turn around and I couldn't fault a thing, so I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and review from my second birth. I was dealt with swiftly at triage, my daughter decided to make a very speedy delivery but the midwives kept me calm and I was informed of what was happening at all times. I had a bath run for me and tea and toast when I returned and as it was quiet we were allowed to spend time in the delivery suite getting to know our daughter before being moved onto G2. The staff on G2 were helpful and friendly and all in all it was a very positive experience for me this time round.
