What I liked

I was seen very quiclky in A&E on a Saturday afternoon. I was taken theatre at 2am on Sunday morning.

My special nurse in Ward 4 was excellent. All the staff worked well together. I had been in another hospital in May, Stoke was better in every aspect: cleaning, physiotherapy; pain management, ward management.

The consultants spent much more time in the ward.

What could be improved

These are trivial complaints but the food portions were rather small and the tea wan't very good but it was brought very frequently

Anything else?

I can't understand why Stoke has so few stars in the rating sytem.
