"Appointments"

Two days before my appointment... it was cancelled. I rang Kettering to rearrange another one only to get an answer machine I was trying for four hours to be able to speak to someone in the end I had to ring PALS I know have to wait until the beginning of April to see the consultant for the first time. Where is the N H S it isn't about money just bad management Thank you to PALs for your help
