"Terrible"

My mother has spent 10 days here: she is dying with cancer. She was not properly treated for pain, communication by staff was extremely poor, headboards above beds are never completed/updated and drug charts not reviewed/completed properly. An oncologist from the tower has registered a complaint on our behalf. The wards are used as a dumping ground for those that the NHS cannot house elsewhere including mentally ill patients. Zero leadership by the Matron and nurses in charge.
