"Terrible service"

I took my 4 weeks baby yesterday to emergency because I found blood in still, not much but when I called 111 I was advised to go to a walking centre, when I got there I was told to come to the hospital as there was nothing nurses could do. I areieved at Whipps Cross A & E at around 4pm the room was fully packed ... Terrible receptionist, but that is not relevant to this case. We waited nearly 3 hours to be seen by the condultant. He was random and very unhelpful, told us to either go the pediatricians emergency or to go home and see our GP another day, so I decided to see emergency pedreaticians. What a big mistake of mine .. Really big. We arrived at the ward and nurse came straight to see my little baby, after they send us to individual rooms and was told I had to weigh my baby and she left. A nurse came through not even hello mum, she just told me to undress baby as she needs to weight the baby, I did so and she came back again straight after because she forgot her weight. Them she disappeared and said nothing, I decided to dress up baby as was unsure how long we had to wait. We stayed there mire than 1 hour, no one said a word, so husband and I after 6 hours of waiting decided to pack and go home, we had no found since breakfast and was 8:30 pm and we were starving. So when we told nurse we were leaving she asked me not to as I was going to be seen by a consultant in 10 minutes. I laughed at this point because the 5 consultants that were there were all sitting in front a computer doing paper work.. That OSS all they seem to do atcwhipos cross hospital.. Doctors are supposed to be looking at patients not computers writing.. The same happened to me during labour, where I was in pain for 6 hours and they all seemed concerned with paper work, I recall nurse keep saying! Oh my God we have so much paperwork to do after.. Are we losing the touch if humanity in care!! If I was the management if this hospital I would Dmadress this with HR as their service is bad, really appalling ..
