"Blenheim Head and Neck ward"

On Friday 14th February 2014 I had to have a partial thyroidectomy to remove a large goitre. The pre-operative and post operative care from all the staff has been outstanding. The facilities have been faultess - Blenheim ward in particular was kept spotlessly clean. Communication between patient / surgeon / nurse and admin staff has been excellent. A big thank you to all the team, for looking after me so well. Also thanks to the consulatants secretary, who had to deal with an emotional wreck in the weeks before when my heart condition caused a problem! I would rate this experience as 10/10.
