What I liked

I was fast-tracked through to Dermatology as I had a strange mark on my arm which had been growing for about three years. I saw my GP one Monday and was in the clinic the following Monday and the area of skin removed that appointment. I liked the fact that I could take an evening appointment and that I could have the procedure done the same day. The clinicians were clear in their explanations of the probable diagnosis and of the procedure/after care. They were polite and amenable. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

What could be improved

Appointment times were behind by almost an hour. The waiting area was cramped and hot.
