"Staff making silly noises and swearing"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a relative),

Whilst waiting in the Physio waiting area recently I was not impressed to see two members of staff, either porters or maintenance walk into the area making silly noises then walk back out still making silly noises then swearing whilst they were talking about building 41, they were heard to say a swear word at least twice.

Dear Richard1

I am sorry to read about your experience at Heartlands Hospital whilst waiting in the Physiotherapy department. Please be assured that the Chief Executive and the Director of Corporate Affairs expects employees of Heartlands Hopsital to be professional and to be aware of their surroundings at all times. I would like to look into this incident, could I please ask that you contact me on 0121 424 0808 or email at iona.belgrove@heartofengland.nhs.uk, so that I can gain some more information on the individuals.

Please accept my sincere apologies for your experience

Kind regards

Iona
