Sat for three hours in a&e with my son having a really bad nose bleed he was triaged. But then ignored as people that came in after us were seen before us so no not satisfied at all

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately people are seen on priority order not on their arrival time. We do try to see children as a priority but cannot always ensure that happens. I can only apologise for the long wait you and your son encountered.
