"Excellence of Day Case Unit"

I have been attending different Departments at this Hospital for the last 4 years. This is due to the fact that I have several conditions, mainly related to pain. All of the Departments I attend, some on a weekly basis, I cannot praise the staff and care I receive enough. This review though is about the Day Case Unit, which I attend every 6 months to have a procedure in theatre which helps me with one aspect of my conditions. I cannot praise all of the staff enough from the clerk who books you in to the Consultant who performs the procedure. They are always extremely friendly and caring and even with my carer. Having attended the Unit so many times they remember my name and put me at ease straight away. I wish to thank all the staff in the Unit, and those in the other Departments I attend, for the level of care I always receive. Kind Regards, Nigel Morley
