My husband visited the dermatology department in February for a biopsy. He came out after the procedure and said he had been treated by three of the nicest, kindest ladies he had ever met. They made him feel relaxed and reasured, even having a moment to laugh while being very professional. The appoinments area were very efficient too with a follow up appointment booked straight away. Always a worry having to visit a hospital but Southend are one of the best.
