Dad had chest pains, went to hospital in ambulance. A very quick and efficient response from the emergency service. Paramedics were fantastic. Took us to Queen's Hospital. Paramedics were very attentive during the handover to hospital staff. Dad was given an ECG immediately. While we waited to be seen by the doctor we were offered a choice of hot / cold drinks and refreshments.
Although we waited for almost two hours to see the doctor (which is expected), just by being offered a drink while we waited made a huge difference. Thank you for caring!
