"Total joke"

I had in patient treatment here during last summer, which on the hole was excellent. I was discharged home, and left under the care of the B I T team. this care has become a farce, and more recently as my key worker is off n sick leave I have be left to fend for myself. Despite calls to the BI T tem no one bothers to call back. they really don't care. An absolute joke of care

We would like to apologise for not having responded to this review at the time, and can assure that we now have a more robust monitoring and responding system in place.

Recent posts have been responded to and we are now going back through previously un-responded comments to provide this update.

Since this comment was posted we have merged the Brief Intervention Team with our other community resources, and there has also been an expansion of the Wellbeing Service. This has helped improve the quality of our community services despite limited resources and growing demand. We would hope that the experience described in the above comment would be far less likely today, and welcome contemporary feedback about whether this is the case.
