We spent a week on Robins ward with my son after having surgery - we would just like to say thank you to all the nurses, doctors and play specialists who made our stay so much more bearable. Oh and also the music therapist who came round to break up the day. The staff there do a wonderful job (the cleaners not so great but it was just acceptable). He really was treated as an individual and not just a number - they were so sensible in his care and letting us take him off the ward for food etc thank you to them all very much

It is always nice for the Trust to hear when things go well and I am very pleased that you received the service you would expect. I am sorry that the cleaning was not of a high standard, this will be fed back to the ward manager and senior managers responsible for the cleaning staff.
