"The people are always very good whenever I need to use the transport"

I used the ambulance to take me from my home in Thornbury to the Southmead hospital for an appointment in the Urology department.

Ben, the driver, and Alan, the helper, were both very caring how they handled all the people they picked up along the route. They brought the wheelchair for me right up to my door and at the hospital they took me through to the urology department.

The people are always very good whenever I need to use the transport and when I tell them how I appreciate their help they always say it all part of their job.
