"Efficient and friendly"

This is the first time I have been to Urgent care centre in Lewisham Hospital. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Being my first visit I was surprised at how quickly the whole waiting process was going. I was scared that I will be waiting for hours before being seen. But the staff was very efficient. As soon as I was called in to see the doctor she asked me if I need anything to mange my pain, while waiting for further tests, which I thought was very considerate. I have been to other hospitals and they never offered me any painkillers on their own before. The doctor was really listening to me and told me everything about my diagnose and what to do next. Overall, this was by far my best hospital experience.
