"There is no walk-in centre!"

I went here to use the walk-in centre back in November, and everyone just kept telling me to go to A&E, where I assumed I'd then be sent to the right place. Turns out there isn't a walk-in centre at all, so I felt very embarrassed turning up to A&E just with tonsillitis, and the staff rightly being unhappy with me. They didn't seem to understand that this website says there is a walk-in centre though!
