"My mothers care at ESH Abinger Ward"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

Shambolic, useless communication, from almost everybody. Lack of information from most staff.

The nurses I met didn't seem unduly bothered. Trying to get coherent information was an uphill struggle.

The palliative care doctor couldn't even manage to leave a message on my phone.
