(as the patient),

I had a problem with my big toe for several months and had an appointment made to assess me for surgery.

The assessment was really good and the nurse made me feel comfortable and relaxed. A week and a half later I had the surgery which was quick and straightforward. The offending piece of nail was removed and along with part of the nail.

During the process Charlie and Ian were polite, professional and made me feel relaxed.
