I went today with a very sore swollen foot. Reception was efficient and quick. I saw a triage Doctor within 10 minutes who kept me fully informed. 30 minutes later I was called to the examining Doctor, who could not have been more professional and thorough. She also consulted a colleague to make certain that her diagnosis was correct. It was. I left totally relieved that I had been in such competent efficient and kind hands with the prescription for the cure. So much for the bad mouthing the NHS gets in the press. My experience was the complete opposite. Well done to all concerned and many thanks.
