had an an appointment for dermatology dept.the hospital cancelled,booked again hospital cancelled booked again they cancelled.each time i have to pay to call them.this started in november 2013.now ive got a booking for end of may 2014.why am i waiting so long.hospital promised they would contact me to arrange appointment after cancelling.they didnt bother.
