"Get a better map online"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

I'm forever taking my elderly father who can't walk far, to the hospital for various treatments and to see different departments. Thus he keep going to different parts of the hospital, and each seems to have their own entrance and the covering letter says which - e.g. "Entrance number 7" with a description of which department it is near. Doesn't help me one bit - where should I park to minimise walking - and no help at all on the internet map of the hospital as to if which part of hospital it is. Please put more detailed map on internet showing entrance numbers etc.

Thank you for your comments. We will pick up your concerns with both the Appointments Team and the Facilities Team in order to improve both the information put in letters regarding appointments as well as producing a revised map, particularly now some of our major building work is complete.
