"Gynaecology "

Turns out we had been referred to the wrong department but some assistant doctor took us for our appointment anyway. The doctor was cold, uncaring and generally didn't seem to give two hoots about our case. The doctor didn't even explain that Gynecology couldn't help us, just returned with a "Oh doctor wont see you, its not our problem" type of excuse. We had to beg them to find some sort of solution and were hesitantly referred to the correct department, eventually, but the entire experience was gut wrenching and horrible.

I understand that the entire department will not be like this but it's still no excuse for how we were treated!
