(as the patient),

I was properly informed of all appointments and they were kept. The surgery was carried out swiftly and the after care on the Stannon ward dec 2013 was gold plated. Having experienced quite a few hospitals and wards over my lifetime I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had. The nursing staff somehow managed to run the busy ward with supreme care humour, kindness and professionalism. My every need was met promptly.
