This lady and her family are at present registered with a GP practice in Ashton-under-Lyne. They are very disatisfied because: 1) There are no appointments in the evening for workers. 2) It is always difficult to get an appointment anyway - long delays. 3) Doctors are not very helpful. In particular her baby clinic had advised that her 2 year old daughter needed a dietary assessment at Tameside Hospital. The hospital required a GP referral but GP at first said they didn't refer for this purpose. It took many weeks before it was eventually done.
