I attended Day Surgery twice within 8 weeks and would like to congratulate the nurse who looked after me on my second visit. She is clearly a dedicated member of the team. A big thank you to the anaesthetist who made me feel less anxious and a sincere thank you to Consultant/Surgeon and Breast Care Nurse. All have been very professional and caring during a very stressful and anxious time. However I have just one small negative comment to make regarding a receptionist in the X-ray department. I had to attend two other departments prior to surgery and as I was held up in the first department I was a little late for my ultrasound. I didn't expect to be scolded by the receptionist on arrival for what was no fault of my own.
