I was a patient on ward C4 at the Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of a broken humerus and shoulder. The care which I received from the nursing staff was great. However, communication between consultants and other staff left something to be desired. At one point I was also quite angry, following a 48 hour delay on the ward with infected haematoma.
