"ENT outpatient clinic, Tuesday 11th February 2014."

I came this morning to the ENT outpatient clinic. The consultant was absent, and so I was seen by another consultant instead, whom I had not met before. Right from the start of the consultation she was quite excellent, in her manner, the detailed information & advice that she offered and in the treatment that she carried out (gentle micro-suction).
