"No A&E. Struggling Pathology. Appalling parking..."

Most services offered are borderline adequate, however they will become increasingly limited in relation to the fast growing local population. With time this Hospital will also need an A&E Department. plus a major overhaul of the inadequate parking facilities which could also be described as labyrinthine and ridiculous. I believe many people who have needed to negotiate them would agree, when I say - Whoever designed the grounds and landscaping for Sheppey Community Hospital clearly needs more training before being allowed near a drawing board again. Also, blood test results which should have been forwarded to my GP have been late or incomplete.

Our organisation, Kent Community Health NHS Trust, provides the inpatient services and the Minor Injury Unit at this hospital. The Pathology Service is provided by another healthcare trust, Medway NHS Foundation Trust.
