"Fast lane Physiotherapy"

About: Trafford General Hospital

Referred by GP to sort back out,the appointment slot is approx 10mins the first appointment didnt even get examined and handed print outs with various exercises to do,went to three further appointments all involved doing another exercise because the previous one didnt work, never once did I get my back manipulated, which is what it needed. All very rush rush rush and ended up having to go private, felt very let down by a third rate service.

We are very sorry to receive your comments and concerns via the NHS Choices / Patient Opinion website about your experiences in the Trafford General Hospital Physiotherapy Department. It is very difficult to respond to the specific concerns you have raised without being able to investigate in detail. If you were referred for Physiotherapy by your GP then this service is delivered by Pennine Care Foundation Trust who also work out of the Physiotherapy Department at Trafford General Hospital. In order to be sure of which NHS Trust was responsible for your care and to fully investigate and respond to your concerns we would very much like to hear from you directly about this. If you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 0161 276 8686 or by e-mailing pals@cmft.nhs.uk they will be happy to discuss this with you.
