"A Great Site"

About: Hull Teaching PCT

(as a service user),

So many good and bad stories but this site puts it all into perspective. The NHS today needs to hear from as many patients as possible to be able to change things for the good of services users.

There are a few more ways to get your opinions heard, become a member of your PCT which is happening in Hull at the moment. You could become a volunteer and help in many other ways. There is also a new org in every city now called LINKS who are there to take on board public and patients concerns around Health and Social Care. Your local council should have their number. In Hull you could also use your Lay Reps on your Locality Boards to raise your views with the PCT.

Dear Graham G, Thank you for posting your informative opinion on the website. If anyone wishes to hear more about our membership model or would like to become a member of NHS Hull they should contact our Membership Team on: 01482) 344739 membership@hullpct.nhs.uk http://www.hullpct.nhs.uk All patient feed back is very important to all NHS organisations and this website provides a user friendly way for the public to do this. NHS Hull is always very keen to obtain feedback, but our membership is only one of the ways in which this can be achieved. Our Patient Advice & Liaison Service is happy to hear our resident's comments, compliments, concerns and complaints about local health services and are contactable by telephone (01482) 335409 or by email. The service is totally confidential.
