"Upper Gastric waiting times"

About: Solihull Hospital

Having been admitted to A&E for gall bladder and hernia problems in June 2013 and having had two pre op assessments I am still waiting for an admission date. There seems to be no cooperation between GP and consultants , and A&E refer me to Heartlands for emergency care. Surely money would be saved by getting the op done sooner. I am so outside the waiting list guidelines it is laughable. It would also be more helpful if the pre op team had less noise and more consideration- the waiting list patients are not their for the banter!
