"Minor injuries unit"

About: Gosport War Memorial Hospital

I visited the minor injuries unit on Monday 10th February, with my wife. We waited for approximately 1 and a half hours, which was pretty good . However, when we were initially seen by the triage nurse, we found her to be very rude , condescending and lacked any form of bedside manner. This made us feel unwelcome - especially because we had been told to come here by my wife's G.P because she could not be seen for 3 weeks in her practice, which in itself is appalling. I appreciate the difficulty and pressure of working in health care, but most people visiting hospitals for what ever reason, feel quite vulnerable and staff should remember that and treat them acordingly.
