"Ansty ward - excellent care"

My mother, aged 102, has just spent three weeks on Ansty Ward, recovering from a fall and infection. The care she received was excellent, and at all times she was treated with respect and love. Mum is very deaf, has little mobility, and at times can be confused. Everyone she came into contact with was polite and caring. The nursing and medical staff were genuinely interested in her, and were willing to answer any questions we, her family, had. The ward was clean, calm and tidy, and the ward managers are to be congratulated on running such a professional unit. Mum has a real fear of going into hospital, but her experience on this ward has changed that. Thank you, all the staff involved, for your care. A grateful daughter.
