My complaint relates to the appointments process and those involved in it. I must say at the outset that the care I have had from the Professor has been outstanding. I am presently in receipt of three conflicting appointment notifications at Mile End Hospital Rheumatology Clinic. Past experience indicates that I will not be expected at at least two of them. The last communication I had from the clinic was a copy of a letter sent to my GP saying that I had attended a clinic, been examined and given advice and that all was well. This consultation never took place!
