"Great care during and after my Lobectomy"

From the pre-op visits with the hilarious Bryan to meeting the consultant Mr Rajesh and Mr Aziz the staff couldn't have been kinder, friendlier and informative at every step of a long scary process.

After the operation the care I received was second to none and I was released after 6 days much to everyones surprise about how well I looked considering what I had been through.

The nursing staff never made you feel like a nuisance no matter what you asked them to do. Special mention to Shab millions of thanks for washing my hair- you saw what that meant to me- you are a star. Hazel the tea lady and confidant of many was a bright spot in every day funny and irreverent with a great sense of fun whilst still getting all her work done.

The physio team are superb- encouraging and helpful. I would whole heartedly recommend this hospital to anyone
