I should like to express my thanks to all staff within the Daycare Unit for the kind, friendly and efficient care and skill I was given during a minor operation this week. With treatment and service of this standard we all should be proud of the NHS.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your recent day surgery procedure. I'm very pleased to see that you had such a positive experience and have shared your very kind comments with the Day Surgery Manager at Tiverton Hospital, where I know they will be warmly received, and shared with the staff relevant staff.
