"Dont even answer the phone!"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

Ive been trying to get though to the orthoptics dept at the princess royal, and they dont even answer the phone! Left many messages and they don't have the courtesy to return my call - wth am i supposed to do I need help with my specs and they cant be arsed to answer the phone! Is departments like this that give our NHS a bad name, wake up guys!
