About: Milton Keynes Hospital

Parking in the multi-storey carpark is much better than the carpark opposite the main entrance. You pay as you leave and pay for the the actual time parked, not when you arrive and have to guess how you will be there. Signage to the Maple Unit was good. Check-in at reception there was quick, instruction on where to wait was clear. The doctor was clear in his explanation of the situation and the treatment he advised.

Thank you very much for your positive comments regarding the Maple Unit at the hospital and I have passed your observation about the carparking pat booths to the Estates Department. It is always very much appreciated by staff when patients and their families take the time to give feedback on their experience and your comments will be shared with all staff involved.
