"Very grateful"

My father was brought in as an emergency, and despite the pressure on services and beds, the staff, especially the nurses, couldn't have been kinder, more thoughtful or respectful. I know the increasing stress that all NHS staff are under, and I was overwhelmed by their kindness, professionalism and consideration. You hope that you're never in a position to be with a loved one being rushed to the emergency department, but I'm so grateful that it was here that he was brought in this situation.
