What I liked

The nurse who attended to my 17month old son on 11th october 2008 between 9-10am was simply amazing made me feel special. The doctor too was brilliant, found ma boy had an ear infection after the GP said nothing was wrong the day before.

What could be improved

Cant ask for more, all i wanted was to have ma boy checked asap which they did.

Anything else?

Am glad i didnt have to wait for whole 3 hours this time. Thanks.
