What I liked

Most of the staff were very caring and respected my privacy and dignity, you don't want to hear how busy they are when you are very sick as it makes you feel as though you are making a fuss if you ask for help.

What could be improved

Cleaning was good in some areas of the ward but failed in the most important area of toilets and bathrooms.

Support services, ie catering, portering,

Anything else?

Being wheeled to the ward from A and E by two A and E nurses as the porters were very busy was not pleasant, as they chatted about a recent night out they had been on and how hungover they had been the day after!
