What I liked
I was past extremly imprssed with the superb care and service my 14 year old son had before oral and during oral and after oral surgery. The nurses were extremly attentive , My son was fully imformed about everthing and so were we .We found the atmosphere homey and welcoming and did not feel anything was to much trouble. It was refreshing to see staff laughing , and talking to children and parents like real humans.We have a lot of experince with hosptals having a little girl with cronic problems and never at our local hospital had any such treatment. my son had 5 start treatment the whole way.Other could learn a great deal of education on patient care from the childrens department.
What could be improved
maybe a little extra choice with food, however my son had a late meal so they did the very best they could to help him. they rally did and found what he wanted. So no real complaints as such.
