What I liked

I had breast reconstruction and the care I was given on the plastics ward was exceptional. The nurses were very kind and sensitive to my needs.

What could be improved

The parking facilities and the food.

We are very pleased you had a good experience of our plastic surgery service. We have recently made a major investment in our catering service, but are always interested in feedback. We are sorry we do not have more parking and that we have to charge for it but the charges have stayed the same since 2000 and unfortunately it is not possible to devote any more space to car parking.
