I attended my appointment on 4th Feb - provided with equipment to take home. The next day i received a call from a member of staff berating me about not bringing the equipment back the next day. It was not explained to me that I had to bring it back the next day. She continued to speak to me in a disgusting manner asking what she was supposed to tell the next patient who needed the equipment. This department would do better to manage its clinics properly rather than blame patients for their mismanagement
