"Very unhelpful, disgusting service & communication..."

About: King George Hospital

I am appalled at the service I am experiencing from this hospital. My partner was referred to King George's from A&E at Queens hospital last week. To see a urologist urgently. He was sent home with strong painkillers and told to wait for a phone call to be booked in for tests in the next few days. He is in severe pain even with the painkillers. We have heard nothing from neither of the hospitals, despite 8 phone calls & 4 voicemails. No one is returning the calls. After calling Queens we were told that a doctor at King George's was faxed urgent on Monday with my partners details, and to call the doctors secretary. Can't get thorough either. No answer then and no reply to my voicemails. What do we need to do to get an appointment? As I mentioned my partner is in severe unbearable pain and has been since Sunday. This is appalling.
